Tiger, thanks for your information.

The first time I saw the "On ****, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued" was early November. Then I noticed another LUD on 12/8 for the I-131, with no change in the information about the case status. I131 RD 9/28 ND 10/13. NSC. Now do not know what is going on....
