Not 5年, depends on current cut off day.
At Jan. 2006:
EB-1, 4年,
EB-2, 4年 7 months,
EB-3, 4年 9 months,
Will move in the near future. That means, the waiting time for 受理出生大陆的绿卡申请 will become shorter and shorter untill your PD become current.
