NIW 140 approved, 485 filed, H1B transfer, I-129填表请教. 谢谢

如题, POSTDOC, 申请NIW, 140已批,485已递.现转去另一大学做同样工作.需要做 H1B Transfer. 新单位要我填表I-129 表.
该表的 Part4, Question7: Have you ever filed an immigrant petition for any person in this petition? If Yes, explain on separate paper.
请问, 这个问题我应该答YES, 但是会不会影响H1B transfer? 如何Explain合适? 是否应该告诉有EAD卡? 请过来人指点指点. 谢谢谢谢!!!
