真正的排期将从2001年9月11日开始。因为从那一天起的很长一段时间，移民局的人都去反恐了，而移民案从那时起才开始积压的。另外我相信，以 perm 拿到 I140 的人，其真正拿到绿卡的时间不会早于那些还在等 RIR 的人。
