Help, help and help E-filing I-765 was denied

Dear All,
It is very much appreciated if you could give some help for my case.
RD of My I-485 is May this year, and I used E-filing function to file I-765 for my EAD. According to the receipt from the internet, I called BCIS national server center for fingerprint. I had made an appointment with local BCIS center for that purpose, while yesterday I received one denial letter from TSC, and they said that they failed to disclose a Form I-485 filed prior to, or concurrently with, the filing of this I-765.

My questions is :

For E-filing, need I submit support documentation to TSC? I just thought they could find my I-485 form as I had input SSN and I-94 number during E-fling I-765. What only I do after E-fling is call the BCIS for make one appointment for finger-print.

How should I do for next step?
