The immigration officr don't have power to deny your immigration application,if he or she think that your marrige isn't ture,in order to deny you, he/she have to refer the case to an immigration judge to review,so you still explain your real marrige to judge.
Why don't you have a baby?If have a baby,no body dare to suspect that your marrige isn't ture.
