I-140 approved CSC

No LUD since May 16. asked lawyer send inquiry on Nov.22 by email. Got email reply on Dec.5 said"will be approved in a few days". Got approved letter today! Online status does not change, still LUD 5/16/2005.

Not sure it is because inquiry letter's effect or just coincidence. Anyway, if your case 30 days before the updated processing date, I suggest you ask your lawyer send inquiry letter/email. I was told the phone call does not help much by my lawyer.
