About processing report (VSC)

the new processing time report just came out today.

There has been no change on the processing time of I-140 since september. They are still processing the application received before June 4 2005?

It is very very strange and I don't know what they are doing everyday in VSC.

Anybody know what is happening to them, thanks in advance!!!
