OH, NO, Not Him!

He was the lawyer for my hu*****and (NIW) two years ago. You will never find him after contract since he is always in meeting. He did not edit a single word in the reference letter. He promise us that if our I140 get denied , he will appeal for us for free. Our I140 get denied at last. But when we tried to seek his help ,He still like to charge us $1000.He explained his “FREE”means: You still have to pay $1000 for appeal ,if you won ,he will subtract $1000 from the rest. But everyone knows that the success rate for appeal is very low, his free appeal is not like real free as he said, he should at least explain that earlier.
