two things

first you have to wait for 180 days after your 140 approval, since your are EB1B, not EB1A and NIW, per AC 21 rule
Second, which field did you claim are an expert in your petition letter? If you just said medical research, you can go with similar job. Every officer's judgement is diffeent, just do your best to keep in the same field.
