1. You have to be sure that your ACTUAL WAGE is really higher than the prevailing wage (the same with prevailing wage at least) for all the documents that needed salary to be noted (notice of filing, job order and etc).

2. As far as I know, if the denial reason is "application incompeleted", you can refile a NEW one anytime. For other denial reason, you will have to read the denial letter they sent to you or read the 94 pages regulations or ask the lawyer. You can also email to the Processing Center for this question. They used to reply the email fast.



3. 请问我是否可以直接重新再递交一份新的申请还是应该在原申请上修改....you can edit the old draft but....it's hard to explain by English and I can't type Chinese now. To be safe, recreat a new draft.
