I have the similar RFE from DIY NIW NSC 001. My situation is recent publication without citation. It seems I can only get more recommendation letters rather than objective evidence. I'm plannning to seek help from a lawyer. My email is jt1221@gmail.com. Any suggestion, help or discussion is welcome.
