you can buy a day-light kit for only $25 in Canadian Tire and install it yourself. I did it my self. Canadian Tire can help you to install it too. About $100. Importing your car may cost $400-600. But to my oberservation, car here are much expensive and you pay more tax. Unless buy a new car, otherwise, I would bring the car, since the used car here are generally in very bad condition because the bad road condition in long winter.
