Thank you for your post about I485 pending issue on Dec. 2nd. We have some question about Item 5 as following:

5. On MM/DD/YY, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued

Could you please explain what exactly mean about Item 5, which we just got from USCIS. Does it mean our case being approved or rejected. Thanks!
