485 pending to work in China

Working for a mid-sized public company. Will be relocating to Beijing soon for APAC sales. Currently base 90K + 30K bonus, not certain about the relocation package yet.

My wife and I both 485 pending on EB2 with my wife being principle applicant. I'm on 485 based EAD.

Weighing up if I should return to Beijing with the current immigration status or should start looking for other US based opportunities. Your insights would be appreciated.
