VSC approval

Dear all,

Just got approval email notice from VSC this afternoon on 140. Combining the information from other people here, I believe VSC is working on the cases submitted immediately before 10/1/05. Very soon brothers and sisters on the same boat will get the same thing. Cheers!

My background:
Biomedical PhD from US, postdoc now
Only 7 papers in English, only 3 first author ones, no more than 25 citations
No patant, no reward, no reviewing other people's work
6 reference letter, 5 from regular professors in US, 1 from China, no independent letter, no government letter, no big-guy letter, no foreign country letter.

I really appreciate people sharing information and helping each others.
