140169, Please help H4 & EAD!

Dear 140169,

You posted that there is a good news about H4 using EAD for working but can still keep H4 status when I-140 is dened.

Would you please share your information?! My son used EAD worked for 1 month but my I140 was unfortunately denied! I am very worry about my son's H4 status. Somebody said he has to go back and re-enter to ensure his new H4 visa. Any suggestion or information related to this issue will be greatly appreciated!
