Need help on the amended notice for my I-140!!!

My I-140 had been approved on Sep 01, 2005. However, I just received an email from USCIS at VSC saying that an amended notice on this case was mailed on December 2, 2005. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I am not sure what's that mean? Do you guys have any idea?
