My background:

Medical research in a top medical school. MD/PhD, both abtained from China.
With the boss's assistance(a bigwig), got 3 three strong recommendation letters in my field. Also, another letter from my former advisor who has been a member of Chinese Engineering Academy.

2 papers published here, others in Chinese, 1 grant from National Science Foundation of China, a few academic prizes(secondary recipients).

I worked and conducted research in my field about 10 years.
