I think you should address your achievement shows your value will be national benifit, not merely the project. LC is designed to preserve your job for a minimally qualified U.S citizen, but your national interest value will outweigh this protection. In other word, LC process may have a minimally qualified U.S citizen take your job positon, then national interest will be impaired, because you can make great contribution in your field to benifit national nterest, whereas a minimally qualified U.S citizen can't.
