Code 1 for homeland security (10)
Code 2 for Green Card: Photo + FP(1) + signature on GC
Code 3 = Code 1 + Code 2

Most code 3: means if I-485 will be approved in one
year, you are not required to interview or sign
your signature, they make GC and mail you.

If you do Code 3, they will say smae even if 1-140
was not approved yet.
