Sometimes, approved notice could be wrong.

My H-1B expired on 10/31. The extension was sent out on 10/5. On Oct.28, online status show the case is approved. After waiting for 20 days, I didn't receive the approve notice, So I contact with CIS, it turn out the case was approved on 11/18. Hope the CIS don't make such mistake anymore.
