我老公明年拿公民

大概是夏天，然后我跟着办，率卡下来是临时的，正式率卡的2年期限，必须是从我拿到临时率卡算，还是从我们结婚的日期算？现在我们结婚已经一年了，希望拿率卡的时候正好是2年，那么我就可以直接拿正式的了。

请问这样算对么？
