今天被通知140 Intent to Deny，

信是寄到律师那儿的，今天才知道。很焦急，因为只有2个星期的准备时间了。
问题1: 如何说明research position is permanent? Company offer letter will never mention any permanent job.
问题2: EB－1的6项evidence中一般至少要符合几项？
问题3: 在公司工作，什么样的evidence最能说明international outstanding?
问题4: 如果补材料后，最后还是被deny, 以后是否还可以用OR or NIW?
