请问在跨国公司工作的朋友

如果你在跨国公司工作，持H1B，因为工作的关系要经常出国或回中国，你的入境签证需要去墨西哥（或其他国家）或回国面谈吗？还是公司在你仍在美国的时间已经帮你搞定？是多次入境吗？有多长的有效期？十分感谢！
