Problem of back to China during F-1 to H1B period?简介

I have a valid (valid till 06/2006) multi-entry F-1 visa now and my employer will submit application to change my F-1 to H-1B after several days. But I must go back to China next month. My question is that if my application of changing F-1 to H-1B is approved before I come back, will I have a problem to reenter the US due to the change of my status?
