485 pending 180天后可以换工作的吗？

偶知道一般的来说485 pending 180天后可以换工作的，但我的例子是EB1A。

是L1A－＞EB1A　那种的，公司support的。

本并不想动这种念头的，可是跟公司的领导闹得不开心,实在不想浪费时间了。
