到底我父母有没有拿到签证？

爸妈昨天签证，但是他们不知道结果。听他们描述的不是很清楚。据说是签证怪跟他们说没什么问题，但是让他们把特快信封和护照留下了。在北京签的。请问，这是什么意思。过还是没过？如果是过了，一般要多久能到拿到。因为忙着要租房子，所以特别盼望大虾解答。
