We are in the same boat. I got one USCIC email saying one RFE notice for my I-140 mailed out on 11/22, but I have not got it yet. My lawyer said that it is normal to get RFE in NSC, so pls don't worry. By the way, when is your notice mailed out from NSC? Thanks in advance.
