Advanced Parole Question.

My AP was approved and sent out one month ago. However, I haven't received yet untill today. Confirmed with INS correct address and they did send out.
My lawyer told me the worst case is to apply again.
Anybody had such expreience and like to share with me? Or, any like can lead to the answer.
