Still didn't receive 45 days letter

I have applied for LC in July, 2002, Maryland, but still didn't received the 45 days' letter. I knew someone submitting LC application one year's later (2003) in Maryland already got the 45 day's letter last monthe. I am very worried. Does anyone have same situation as me? Others, my company moved two year's ago, so the address has changed. would that be the reason I didn't received the 45-day's letter? The lawyor told me that would be ok since he will receive 45 day's letter too. Did anyone who already got the 45 day's letter get the letter both from employer and from Lawyor?
