急问关于140 status的问题

9月底递交的EB1 140/485。今天查询到的信息是：
Current Status:

On November 18, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

这是什么情况，要让我补材料呢还是别的原因？
