EAD and H-1B

My NIW has been approved, and 485 is pending. Now I am working as a research fellow in university and holding H-1B. Now I am planning ro apply for EAD, then I can do another part time job for a high tech company, while still keep my full time job as a research fellow. I would ask the following questions:


1.Will this have any negative effect on my green card application?

2. If I use EAD, will my H-1B be still valid for working in my university which sponsoring my H-1B?

3. If not, can I re-apply H-1B in the future if some university or company will sponsor it?
