right now, everything is ready in the petition package, except the A2P docs... Since I will have W2 in Jan 2006, it is much better to submit the package with that... however, we don't know when this new rule will take place... also, for RFE from NSC, can I response it with my 2005 W2 at that time?Ｉguess, if I submit the petition right now, it will take at least 1 month to receive RFE, right? if it is 2 months, then I would be very happy... :-)
