I was cheated by a professor recently. My time for looking for a position is so tight.

Applying for H1 needs procedures and has minimum salary requirement. J1 is simple and flexible in salary. Currently, my concern is getting a position, a new visa, and keeping legal states. Otherwise, I need to leave USA.
