I140-E3(RIR) was approved just in a few of days in NSC

My 140 was submitted to NSC on OCT 26 05 and approved on NOV 11 05. When I received email notice, I couldn't believe it. I checked it on-line and found it was aprroved. Most of my friends submitted their applications a year ago and are still waiting for their results. It is too good to be ture. Does anybody have the same situation?
