求救:父母一签, 爸爸的护照问题

我爸爸97年因公来过美国,但不小心把因公护照上的出生日期弄错了,与户口本和现在他刚办的因私护照上的不同,差了12天.如果他填来过美国,签证官肯定要看以前的护照.要是发现出生日期不同,会不会有问题呀? 如果填没来过美国,会被查出来吗?
