I-140 approved after RFE (TSC)

My I-140 was approved after RFE. submited 08/25/2005, RFE notice 09/08/2005, RFE response received by USCIS on 11/15/2005, approved 11/17/2005. I sent in 6 independent letters and highlighted extensive media reports of my work (quote my boss's name and colleagues) , important citations, and many download times of my paper. prepared by a lawyer.
