pending 485, but they are handled separately.I don't think it will jeopardize your 485. Double check your original signed contract with your lawyer. If you think he/she over-charged you. and decide to terminate the contract,you have to make sure that you can receive future notices from USCIS since the lawyer filed it on your behalf.
