I tried senators and congressman. Senetor is not helpful at all. They give me FBI e-mail address to let myself contact FBI. They don't do anything regarding FBI name checking.
Congressman helped little bit. at last I know when FBU processed my case and the status is still pending.
The LUD at immigration web also never updated after I did my finger print in Aug.

Do you have any idea to express certain way to let congressman/senator help more?
