I just received an email from CRIS that my 140 was approved on Nov.14.

My background:
Ph.D on earth sciences in China. Currently research staff in a state University.
40 papers and 45 citations.
6 letters (1 from my boss, the other 5 are from independent scientists)

Petition sent out on Sept. 29
RD: Sept 30.
Notice of receipt date: Oct. 19.
