NIW+OR, 140 RD:8/12/05. 485 RD: 9/10/05. NIW 140 AD:9/28/05. Code3 FP:10/21/05. TSC.

11/9/05 485 被EMAIL LUD了三次. 今天收到信:

Preliminary processing of the above application or petition has been completed, and it has been transferred to the INS office... That office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the application. Further inquires should be made to that office.

1. 这意味着什么? 从以前贴子看, 似乎不好?
2. 我要在升档期间回国, 可否提前给LOCAL OFFICE打电话预约?
