This piece of RFE looks not negtive at all...So be confident to prepare the response letter.

A couple of questions for you:
1) Which office handles your case? (you can refer to the office code)
2) Did you show them a list of your publications/patents and/or citation if there is any?
3) Have you noticed any updates on your on-line status when you got your RFE?
