急求助！H1签证被check，是不是可以拿AP回来

回国签证被check，现在还没给消息，而假期的时间马上就要到了。
我的140批了，485 pending,我想知道这种情况下我能不能直接拿ap入关？入关的时候会不会有麻烦？因为我的护照上有check的章。有人有这样的经历吗？
