我的RIR，什幺时候是个头呀

NJ，RIR，05/2003，今年年初可能转去PA backlong center（说可能是因为至今没有收到45 DAYS LETTER）。查不到receipt number or case number，因为NJ 的LAOR DEPARTMENT 已经完全没有人工作，写信或打电话都没人。有没有大侠可指条路怎样可以查STATUS？为了这个绿卡已经在公司生不如死的熬了5年了，真想放弃
