H1 for canadian PR or citizen

I have a H1 4th year in US now. Thinking of attending a school, but I did not get my green card yet. If I immigrate to Canada and get canadian PR, then attend US school (or meanwhile attending school with my H1 visa)
(1) Can I still apply citizenship during my studying in US school?
(2) After graduation, if I have got my citizenship of canada, can I work in US and apply H1 visa again based on Canadian citizenship (say if my current H1 visa will be 6 years at that time)? Thank you very much!
