response to NIW RFE

I got RFE for the 3rd prong, it asked for three things:
1. independent letters to show influence of my work
2. extensive citations of my work
3. review large number of articles for many Journals.

in the response, should I do it point-by-point? my problem is that I don't have the 2nd and 3rd, but I do have other subjective evidence like work reported by media, cited by gorvenmental document.
