485 interview on Dec 22,2005

We(my hu*****and, I and my daughter) got a letter at the end of September for 485 interview on Dec 22,2005 , and being asking to bring all the documents with us. Does it mean that after interview, we can get approved soon? Another question: My daughter just passed her 14 years old birthday, Do I need to provide the HIV examine result?
