You can not get divoiced when

both of you are here in US.

Since you got married in China, you need to have a certified document in Chinese embassy (US) to ask someone in China on behave of you to go to court.

It is a pain experience, one of my friends finally got divoiced after three years of legal process.

Don't be silly, divoiving procedure is much much much more complicated that marriage procedure and it will be a nightmare when you both are in US.
