urgent, need help about audited financials

My company is preparing I-140 for me, and the lawyer asked for audited finacials...

To follow the format and content of this requestt, my company has to do the auditing again for past 2-3 years... They said USD 5K would be charged for each year...

Does anybody have any idea about this issue? Any alternative approach to prepare this document? any audit can provide the same service with low cost?
